15th All India Conference of Ministerial Staff Association is scheduled to held at Dehradun on 16th & 17th November 2022
The Secretary General, Ministerial Staff Association Survey of India has declared the date for forth coming 15th All India Conference (AIC). The AIC is scheduled to be held in Dehradun on 16th & 17th November 2022. The Secretary General requested Secretaries/Presidents of the branches to attend/participate in this important meeting. He also requested to send names of delegates attending the subject meeting directly to the Hony. Secretary, Dehradun Branch, C/o Addl.S.G. Spl. This is to inform all of you that our 15th ALL INDIA CONFERENCE is scheduled to held at Dehradun on 16th & 17th November 2022. All the branches are requested to attend/participate in this important meeting. Branches will, please decide the names of the Delegates attending the subject meeting and the list of delegates may directly be sent to the Hony. Secretary, Dehradun Branch, C/o Addl.S.G. Spl. Zone, Survey of India _06-Block, Hathibarkala, Dehradun (Uttarakhand)-248001, either by post or by mail(arvindaharwar@gmail.com) under intimation to me, so as to reach to both of us latest by 30th October 2022 positively.
Branches will also please intimate the host branch about the date of their arrivals including number of
delegates for their convenience, so that at any point of necessity Delegates can be attended at Railway/Bus station by the local Comrades. All branches are also requested to book their return tickets immediately after completion or organizational activities i.e. on 18-11-2022, to avoid any further inconvenience to the host branch.
