Sub: Circulation of the Reservation Rosters.

Sir,

Your kind attention is invited on the pending LDCE for the promotion from the post of LDC to the UDC from the year 2018. It is also pertinent here to mention that the DPC and LDCE for the promotion from the post of MTS to LDC are also pending. Association is continuously requesting for conduct of LDCE as well as DPC on time and it assumes that the reasons of the pendency of LDCE/DPC is bigger than the hue and cry of staff who are being deprived to get their due promotions on time.

In this connection, Association wants to examine the vacancy position of all categories for last five years in respect of the posts of from LDC to E&AO and Junior Hindi Translator to Assistant Director (OL). Reservation Rosters should be published on departmental website. In this regard it is brought to your kind notice that Reservation Rosters are available on the concerned departmental websites of Postal, Railways, CGDA etc. DoP&T vide their OM No. 43038/2/3/92-Estt.(SCT), dated the 31st December, 1992 also states that "The reservation roster is not a confidential document".

In view of the above, it is requested to provide the copies of all Reservation Rosters prepared for Direct Recruitment/Promotion in respect of LDC to E&AO and JHT to Asstt Director (OL) for all categories i.e. SC/ST, PwBD, Ex-servicemen, Sportsperson etc. from the year 2018 to 2023. It would be appreciated if the copies of reservation rosters will be made available on the departmental website like other departments.
